Project-based engagement. When we win a contract that needs your skills, we get in touch.
No exclusivity. You keep your own work, your own clients, your own brand.
Direct contract with Synesaia. We hold the client relationship; you invoice us.
Not a retainer. No guaranteed volume, no minimum hours, no monthly fee either way.
Not employment. You're an independent contractor. IR35 / employment status is handled per engagement.
Not a job application. Registering doesn't put work in your calendar — it puts you in our consideration set.

Senior practitioners who've shipped real AI work — not generalist consultants. People who can drop into a client environment and own a workstream end-to-end, alongside our core team.
