Oliver built in-house talent functions in Saudi Arabia and the UAE designing hiring infrastructure from scratch. Delivered 100+ placements across the MENA region, working with clients ranging from multinationals such as IKEA and Burberry to regional heavyweights including NEOM, Bunyan, and Careem, alongside a large number of fast-moving startups.
